Privacy policy
The intake collects your contact details, home information, authorized plans and finish choices to prepare your preview. Cloudflare processes the form and stores uploaded files privately; a notice with restricted download links goes to the business inbox. No card details are collected, and no analytics or advertising trackers are installed.

What does this version collect?
The intake sends your answers and files to the same-origin service. Cloudflare D1 stores the submission and R2 stores private uploads. Turnstile checks for spam. The owner receives an email summary with download links that expire after 30 days. The optional panorama viewer uses local assets and loads on request.
What would a future project need?
Contact details, project type, authorized drawings, chosen product references, furniture measurements and approval records would be used to make and support the agreed preview. A payment provider must handle card details directly. Do not send access codes, security details or unnecessary location information.
How would software and AI handle private files?
Before intake opens, I must identify the actual providers and account controls, permitted processing, training restrictions, access, secondary copies and deletion limits. No confidential processing is enabled by this site. Public portfolio use requires separate optional permission.
How long would files be kept?
Plans and photos are deleted 90 days after delivery, sooner on request; finished preview files are the client’s to keep. Contact hello@customhomepreview.com about deletion. Provider backups, legal holds and required-record exceptions must be explained in your agreement before work begins.
How would you request help or deletion?
The support route and delivery of requests must be tested before launch. Applicable access, correction and deletion rights and any necessary record retention will be explained before intake. No optional tracking is present to change in response to privacy signals.
