I’m Tyler. Before our factory-built home was delivered, I built a walkable preview from the factory drawing and used it to decide finishes and furniture.

What changes
when the choices change?
Compare three finish palettes from the same camera, switch between two declared island sizes and look around a fixed 360° viewpoint.

Can you preview my own home plan?
Yes, the service uses your own authorized plan and finish choices. I check the drawing, permission and scope before agreeing the work. A factory plan requires the manufacturer’s written permission.
Do you work across the United States?
The service is fully online for homeowners across the United States. You supply the authorized plans, selections and furniture measurements; no site visit or local measurement service is included.
What does a Custom Home Preview cost?
Prices in USD: a $200 plan check credited to the job. Selections preview: $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Full home preview: $2,500 up to 1,500 sq ft; $3,500 up to 3,000 sq ft; $5,200 up to 4,500 sq ft; $7,500 up to 6,500 sq ft; $10,500 up to 9,000 sq ft. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.
Will the colors and furniture fit be exact?
No. Screens, lighting and stand-in models affect appearance. Furniture representations follow the measurements you supply, with differences labeled. Confirm physical samples, finished room dimensions, openings and delivery paths before buying.
