Up to 1,500 sq ft: $2,500

Up to 9,000 sq ft: $10,500

Size means finished living area across all finished floors. Garages, porches and patios do not count. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.

Prices in USD. Applicable tax and agreed extras are shown before payment. The $200 plan check is credited once to the job.

Payment & timing

Under $2,000, paid in full before work starts. $2,000 and over, half to start and the rest before the final files and links go out. No net terms.

Dates are quoted per project, with no public delivery guarantee. The plan check is answered within 2 business days.

A clear review process

One comment list per round.

Choose one person to gather the client’s feedback. Agree the plan version, supplied finishes and labeled assumptions before preview work begins.

Get written OK from the plan owner to use their drawings for the preview. Factory plans also require written manufacturer permission.
