Prices in USD: a $200 plan check credited to the job. Selections preview: $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Full home preview: $2,500 up to 1,500 sq ft; $3,500 up to 3,000 sq ft; $5,200 up to 4,500 sq ft; $7,500 up to 6,500 sq ft; $10,500 up to 9,000 sq ft. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.

No. Screens, lighting and stand-in models affect appearance. Furniture representations follow the measurements you supply, with differences labeled. Confirm physical samples, finished room dimensions, openings and delivery paths before buying.

You can share your plans through the intake for a usability check before paying. Scope, dates and delivery formats are agreed before work begins. No payment is taken on this site.

A dimensioned PDF from the original drawing software is the best starting point. Add available elevations, heights and a current plan version. Scans or photographs need checking before they can be accepted.

I use supplied product references and licensed representations where available. Any substitute or approximate appearance is labeled. Screens and simulated light do not replace approval of physical samples.

A 360° photo tour lets you look around from fixed viewpoints. The full home preview includes a link to walk your home on your phone. A live guided walk is an optional extra ($150). Connection and device support are checked before purchase.

The agreement names who may view the preview and what may be downloaded. Private review permission is separate from any public portfolio use, and the plan license must permit the intended sharing.
