First, check what your drawing can show.
The $200 plan check establishes whether your drawing and permission can support a useful home preview. I record the plan version, how I have read it, missing information and assumptions for you to review. The check is credited to your preview and does not certify the home for construction.
What does the check cover?
The drawing, intended preview scope, missing dimensions or heights, chosen products and authority to use the plan. An unusable scan may be declined. We agree what can be shown and what needs a better reference.
How is the check credited?
Prices in USD: a $200 plan check credited to the job. Selections preview: $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Full home preview: $2,500 up to 1,500 sq ft; $3,500 up to 3,000 sq ft; $5,200 up to 4,500 sq ft; $7,500 up to 6,500 sq ft; $10,500 up to 9,000 sq ft. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.
A full-preview price is agreed before proceeding. Payment and refund handling are recorded in your agreement. No payment is taken on this site.
What should I send first?
Start with a description of your project and decision deadline. Follow the approved private intake instructions before sending plans. Do not attach private home files to a public message.
Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.
When will I hear back?
The plan check is answered within 2 business days. Delivery dates for the preview are quoted per project; there is no public delivery guarantee.
What else should you know?
Is a plan check a permit or design review?
No. It checks the information and assumptions for a visual preview. Your qualified professionals remain responsible for the design, code, permits and final building documents.
What would you like to see more clearly?
Start with your plan and the decisions ahead.
Conceptual preview only. Not for construction or measurement.
